Taittinger Prestige Rose'
Production

Taittinger uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. Prestige Rose' is typically composed of 30% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir (of which generally 14 - 16% is still red wine) and 20% Pinot Meunier. Dosage is typically 8 to 10 grams per liter. The Taittinger Prestige Rose' ages 3 years on the lees before disgorgement. A minimum of 15 different crus are included in the blend.
