Aroma/bouquet: Stewed apple, honey, dried apricot with brioche and cinnamon notes.
Palate: Candied citrus, caramel apple, honey. Subtle sweetness.

Taittinger Nocturne
Production

Taittinger uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. Nocturne is composed of 40% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier combined. It is a blend of more than 30 different crus from various harvests. Aging on the lees is 4 or more years prior to disgorgement. The dosage typically ranges from 17 to 18 grams/liter.
