Pol Roger Pure Brut Nature
Production
Pol Roger uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. Pure Brut Nature champagne is composed of approximately equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It does not use the same assemblage as the Brut Reserve with grapes gathered from the ripest, less acidic parcels. The wine rests in the bottle for at least 3 years before release and has zero dosage. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures. All bottles from the Pol Roger House are riddled entirely by hand. |
