Tasting Notes
Appearance: Bright salmon pink with fine delicate steady bead.
Aroma/bouquet: Lots of strawberry, raspberry, plus chalky minerality, subtle toastiness and honey just beginning to emerge.
Palate: Strawberry, raspberry, blood orange, a touch of caramel, saline minerality.
Additional comments: Youthful, but very enjoyable. Can't wait to taste again in another two or three years as it matures.
