Appearance: Light to medium salmon with plenty of tiny lively bubbles
Aroma/bouquet: Fruit comes through nicely: Wild raspberry, blackberry, black current accompanying enticing brioche notes.
Palate: Wild strawberries and raspberries along with black fruit. Creamy mouthfeel with minerality on the finish.
Additional comments: Exceptionally well balance Moet and Chandon Rose'. Some bottle to bottle variation.

Production
Moet and Chandon uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production, Moet and Chandon ages their vintage champagne 6 to 7 years, twice the legal requirement for vintage champagne. The Grand Vintage Rose' 2002 is composed of 51% Pinot Noir, 28% Chardonnay and 21% Pinot Meunier. 2002 proved to be a great harvest with all three major grape varieties performing very well.
