Production
Chandon uses the traditional method for their sparkling wine production. Chandon Etoile Tete de Cuvee 2004 is matured for seven years in the cellar before disgorgement. Tete de Cuvee is the top of the Chandon line - the 'head blend'. Similar attributes as a top level champagne, but at a lesser price point.
