Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut
Production

Veuve Clicquot uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. The Yellow Label Brut is composed of 50 - 55% Pinot Noir, 28 - 33% Chardonnay and 15 - 20% Pinot Meunier. Grapes are sourced from 50 to 60 or more different crus. Between 25% and 40% of the blend is from reserve wines (some more than 20 years old) to ensure consistency from year to year. The champagne is aged an average of 30 months with a dosage of 9 to 11 grams per liter.
