Piper Heidsieck Rose' Sauvage
Production

Piper Heidsieck uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. The Rose' Sauvage is typically composed of approximately 55% Pinot Noir (20% Pinot Noir from still red wine), 20% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier. 15% reserve wines. Wines from specific crus and grape varieties are all vinified separately after harvest to minimize manipulation such as racking, filtering and centrifugation to help preserve the typicity of the vineyards. The rose' receives a dosage of 11 grams per liter.
