Production
Perrier Jouet uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. The Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs 2002 is composed of 100% Chardonnay grapes 100% from two plots of land in the Grand Cru of Cramant in the Cote des Blancs, Bourons Leroy and Bourons du Midi. The dosage is 8 grams/liter and the wine ages a minimum of 8 years in the cellars.
