Production
Laurent-Perrier uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. Brut Millesime 2004 is composed of 50% cru Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. It is 100% grand cru. Only first press juice is used in the blend. Processing occurs in stainless steel tanks. The dosage varies according to disgorgement generally runs high compared to some, up to 10.5 grams per liter. It rests a minimum of 7 years on lees for standard bottles, and 9 years for magnums before disgorgement.. |
