Chandon Sparkling Red
Production

Chandon uses the traditional method for their sparkling wine production. Chandon Sparkling Red is matured for 12 months in the cellar before disgorgement. Initial fermentation is on the skins of the grapes with second fermentation in the bottle resulting in a fully flavored sparkling red wine.
