Appearance: Bright gold with lots of fine lively bubbles.
Aroma/bouquet: Baked apple, hazelnut, raspberry with chalky minerality
Palate: Crisp with pure minerality and silky mouthfeel. Lemon meringue pie, orange zest, strawberry, hazelnut.
Additional comments: Wonderfully balanced. Fresh and rich. Excellent quality for the price.

Louis Roederer Vintage 2007
Production
Louis Roederer uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. Vintage 2007 is composed of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. 30% of the wine is matured in oak casks with weekly batonnage. No malolactic fermentation occurs.
Louis Roederer Vintage 2007 is matured for an average of 4 years in the cellars before disgorgement. The dosagé of between 8 and 10 grams/liter is customized to complement each vintage. Vintage 2007 rests an additional 6 months after disgorgement.
