Tasting Notes
Appearance: Light to Medium Gold with fine bubbles.
Aroma/bouquet: Apple, pear, butterscotch, some subtle brioche notes.
Palate: Caramel apple, candied apricots, hints of honey and vanilla.
Additional comments: Very well balanced acidity and sweetness. Consider decanting just prior to serving to increase roundness and subdue the bubbles for more of a dessert wine experience. As it warmed the sweetness was more pronounced. Excellent dessert wine - especially fruit, cinnamon and vanilla.
When to drink: Veuve Clicquot Demi Sec Champagne is ready to drink upon release.
