Taittinger Brut Millesime 2002
Production
Taittinger uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. The Brut Millesime 2002 is composed of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Most of the blend is from grand crus. Only first press juice was used. Taittinger Brut Millesime 2002 is aged 5 to 6 years on the lees prior to disgorgement.
