Appearance: Fairly deep pink with light salmon rim. Medium fine lively bubbles.
Aroma/bouquet: Wild strawberries, raspberries and toast with hints of peach.
Palate: Strawberry and raspberry with yeast and minerality coming through. Crisp acidity.

Moet and Chandon Rose' Imperial
Production

Moet and Chandon uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. The Rose' Imperial is composed of 40%-50% Pinot Noir of which 10% is red wine, 30%-40% Pinot Meunier of which 10% is red wine and 10%-20% Chardonnay. 20% to 30% is from specially selected reserve wines. Moet and Chandon Imperial Rose' is given a dosage of 9 g/l.
