Piper Heidsieck 2006 Brut

Piper Heidsieck uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. The 2006 Brut is composed of 51% Chardonnay and 49% Pinot Noir from 17 vineyards. 16 of which were Grand Cru (9 vineyards) Premier Cru (7 vineyards). Wines from specific crus and grape varieties are all vinified separately after harvest.
