Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Rose' 2004
Production
Perrier Jouet uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. The Belle Epoque Rose' 2004 is composed of 50% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier with a dosage of 8 grams per liter. The blend includes 9% still red wine. This champagne spends a minimum of six years in the Perrier Jouet cellars prior to release.
Near the beginning of the Art Nouveau in the early 1900s, Emile Galle designed the iconic Japanese anemone. The design was later incorporated on bottles of Perrier Jouet's finest champagnes. The anemone still remains a symbol as Perrier Jouet continues to honor Art Nouveau. |
