Production

The blend typically includes a high portion of still red wine (up to 15%). Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Champagne displays the beautiful Japanese anemone designed in 1902 by Emile Galle near the beginning of the Art Nouveau movement. The Belle Epoque Fleur de Champagne Rose' is in a clear bottle to highlight the color of the champagne. Perrier Jouet was acquired by Pernod Ricard in 2001.
