Production
Moet and Chandon uses the méthode champenoise for their champagne production. The Ice Imperial is composed of 40%-50% Pinot Noir for fruitiness and structure, 30%-40% Pinot Meunier for richness and mid-palate sensation and 10%-20% Chardonnay to enhance the refreshing acidity. The dosage for Moet and Chandon Ice Imperial is 45 g/l, giving noticeable sweetness. In addition to serving with a recommended 3 ice cubes, this champagne is often mixed with ingredients such as mint leaves, citrus or cucumber peel, a slice of ginger, strawberries, raspberries to enhance the flavors.This is a conceptual product designed for outdoor warm-weather gatherings.
