Production
Chandon uses the traditional method for their sparkling wine production. Chandon Rose' California is matured for 12 months in the cellar on the lees before disgorgement. A percentage of still Pinot Noir is added before the secondary bottle fermentation providing flavor enhancement and the rose' color.
