Production
Chandon uses the traditional method for their sparkling wine production. Chandon Reserve Club Cuvee is matured for 54 months in the cellar before disgorgement. Domaine Chandon periodically produces one wine available exclusively to club members. For the Chandon Reserve Club Cuvee, the secondary fermentation was designed to create less pressure than their regular fully sparkling wines for a softer mouthfeel.
