Chandon Etoile Brut
Production

Chandon uses the traditional method for their sparkling wine production. Chandon Etoile Brut is matured for a minimum of 5 years in the cellar before disgorgement. For this sparkling wine the winemakers are given freedom to include select vintages from reserve and library wines. No restrictions on appellations are imposed. This freedom is believed to promote the creation of the best style possible. Some production years may include wines from one or two specific appellations such as Napa/Sonoma while other years may reach further (such as North Coast or California) to achieve the desired balance .
