Chandon Blanc de Blancs
Production
Chandon uses the traditional method for their sparkling wine production. Chandon Blanc de Blancs is matured for 3 years on the lees before disgorgement. U.S regulations do not restrict the use of a percentage of black grapes (i.e. Pinot Noir) in a blanc de blancs. Chandon uses a small amount of Pinot Noir to give added structure to their Reserve Blanc de Blancs.
